Privacy policy
TenMore is a screen-time app for families with children under 13. A parent manages what their own child's iPhone or iPad can open. This policy explains what the app can see, what it cannot, and where information goes.
The short version: TenMore has no advertising, behavioral analytics, or cross-app or cross-website tracking. Your family settings sync through your own iCloud account. We do not operate a service that receives or stores those settings. Apple and RevenueCat process limited service and subscription information as described below.
What TenMore does not do
TenMore cannot read or collect messages, email, typed content, web pages visited, search history, photos, contacts, calendars, files, location, microphone or camera input, or app-usage activity. Apple’s Screen Time frameworks do not expose this information to TenMore, and the app does not request permissions intended to access it.
TenMore does not show advertising or track people across apps or websites. It does not build profiles from family settings or use them for behavioral analytics. Apple may make optional, aggregated app analytics available to us, and RevenueCat processes limited technical and subscription information to provide purchase access; both are described below.
What TenMore stores
To provide the service, TenMore stores the settings needed to enforce a family’s rules: selected app and category tokens, any website addresses a parent chooses to manage, routine names and times, rule state and confirmation times, extra-time requests, and device names.
This information is stored in the family’s own iCloud account through Apple CloudKit and is shared only between the devices in that household. Some settings are also stored on-device so rules can continue to work offline. We do not receive or retain a copy of this family data.
Children’s data
TenMore is bought and set up by a parent. A child may enter an optional short reason when asking a parent for more time. That request is shared with the parent through the family’s iCloud account, not with us. We do not use children’s information for advertising or profiling.
Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions are sold by Apple through the App Store. We do not see or store payment-card details, billing addresses, or Apple Account credentials. TenMore uses RevenueCat to determine subscription access. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous per-device identifier, technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, and last-seen time, and the App Store receipt and resulting subscription information. We do not send RevenueCat your name, email address, Apple Account credentials, advertising ID, custom profile attributes, or your family’s rules, app selections, websites, routines, or requests. RevenueCat’s privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Apple analytics
If you opt in through your device’s Analytics & Improvements settings, Apple may make aggregated App Store Connect analytics available to us, such as downloads, sessions, retention, and crash counts. We cannot identify you from that data. Apple’s privacy policy governs it.
Deletion and your rights
You can remove a device from your household, delete the app, or remove household data from iCloud through Apple’s controls. For questions about subscription-related data or to make a privacy request, contact [email protected].
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we will update the date above before the version that makes the change is released. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].
